Senior Business Development (BD) Executive
As a Senior Business Development Executive in our Advisory division at Adroit, you will be a key driver of our growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our advisory practice. You must forge and maintain strong relation with our clients typically – banks, corporates, syndication agencies, funds, equity investors etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients and increase our reach. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand our advisory portfolio.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers. Cultivate a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Sales Pipeline Management: : Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed revenue targets through successful client acquisition and upselling additional consulting services.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record (4 + years) in business development advisory, primarily with banks, corporates, syndication agencies, funds, equity investors etc.
- Strong understanding about the services Adroit offer.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
